Alright now the exams for our first semester are finally over! No more studying so hard for Customer Relations tests nor memorising and getting nervous over roleplays and presentations. No more rushing to meet up team mates after school to discuss on projects for SBM's bazaar. No more waking up early in the morning to rush to school for OFC lessons which sadly, i always miss. No more running around in the car park during P.E lessons nor long breaks not knowing what to do. Neither is there any more 2 and half hour lessons of life skills which I'm sure some do dread going for at times. Well, it's finally the end of these modules (OFC,CRN,SBM,OSA). We had our fair share of experiences and educational times with each module's lecturer. I have to admit that we all do have our good times and bad in class, we had some misunderstandings and uncooperative times together.
Now don't worry, there's more to come, and i hope the strength of our class stays as it is or get better. I hope Nazri doesn't decides to drop out of school, same goes to everyone else. If I'm not wrong, the new sem begins on the 7th July 2008.
I hope everyone has a good holiday, except for Chrissa,Tzu Hao,Amalina, Eleanor and I, cus we'd be having our attachment. It'd be nice if some of you do drop by our lunch time to catch up though! Haha! :D
Last but not the least, I'd like to take this chance to let everyone on the world wide web and in case anyone in the class doesn't know, apparently we have the BEST class advisor around in the school. I seriously need to emphasis on it. Cus I don't know anyone else who have their class advisor texting them at night to remind them of exam timing and venues. Calling people up to check on how's their revising getting along. Informs the class of any opportunity to go on job attachments or participate in foreign exchange programmes or even overseas community service. Not forgetting going to the extend of going to classmates' house to try and convince them to attend school. Seriously, I've never thought we'd be able to meet such people around in ITE. And we're very very lucky to have such a class advisor appointed to us. So everyone, please give him less stress and problems. He's an amazing lecturer indeed.Alright, after all that, if I'm not wrong. Everyone is suppose to turn up for a seminar which is supposedly a good one on Thursday, 12th June from 2pm in the main lecture theatre? Attendance should be compulsory.Maybe an update on what's doing what in the class, as far as i know, Megan is participating in the overseas community service to Laos. And incase anyone dint know, they appeared on News 8 Tonight, Channel News Asia, Suria at 10.30pm and Channel 5 News. Yeah it's indeed a big thing to represent ITE/Singapore for a trip like this.
More over you guys should be able to tell, Charissa and Hajee are in Student Council.
Not forgetting the bubbly student leaders like Derrick, Eleanor and I. HAHAHA! :D
Anyway, links are up. I've just editted the list. So tag around, it's always nice knowing somebody reads up on your entry. (:
Now now, again, i hope everyone has a good holiday! Don't fall sick as the weather isn't very good lately.
Yours truly,
Anabelle Heng
